01From inside QuickBooks.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online. Go to Settings (the gear, top right) → Apps → find SBO Data Puller → Disconnect. Confirm when asked.
02Or ask us.
Email hello@smallbusinessoperators.com and we revoke it from our side the same day, and confirm in writing that it is done.
03What happens next.
The daily read stops immediately. No further data is pulled.
Your books are exactly as they were. The application only ever read them, so there is nothing posted to reverse and nothing to clean up.
04Data we already hold.
Ask us to delete it and we delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and tell you in writing what is left and why. The detail is in our privacy policy.
